I ran into a timeout error below while trying to connect to postgreSQL within Spotfire. No one at work seems to have a clue, so I am hoping someone outside my work does...

I have to use it within Spotfire for my work. Both postgreSQL and Spotfire SMEs are not able to give me any information on this. Spotfire SMEs are baffled because this error seems specific to me. postgreSQL SMEs are confused because it is not executing any query when trying to make a connection.

Firewalls are disabled in the laptop, and I am using it on the company's VPN. VPN firewall is also disabled.
