I need to make some changes to a Mahara 22.04 installation. I noticed that images that were placed in a page via an artefact image block are always offered for download by clicking on the image in viewing mode.

Is there a way to prevent this via a configuration setting? I know it could be handled via a CSS rule, but that's not my intention.
