I wan't to create files in this ways but I don't need the default comment with copyrights.

Tried to create IDETemplateMacros.plist:

The problem is it removes extra content but leaves // marks and extra lines.

Tried to edit templates I found but I can't find the necessary file. Possibly these templates don't have influence on this problem at all because they are used when you "create a new file using template" (via dialog window).

Note there are similar questions but they are outdated because New Empty File and New File from Clipboard are new features appeared in Xcode 16.0.
