So i have purchased a alphanumeric sender name on infobip. then status is "Rejected" and the customer support told me to ignore it. and when i send an SMS using POSTMAN with my sender name it is not delivered and has PENDING_ENROUTE status.

so does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
