Similar to the this post, the integrated server takes an abnormally long time to start. I have JDeveloper 12.2.1.4.0 on Windows 11 with 16GB of RAM that I use for OSB development. I first start the server before starting the OSB application and this just now took 433 seconds. On good days, it takes 300 seconds. It has been like this ever since I installed JDev on this new laptop (as well as my previous one).

JDev is installed on my M2 drive. On previous laptop it was on HDD.

The listen address is set to 127.0.0.1.

What else can help? (Other than a baseball bat)
