I am trying to get working in my basic defaul configuation version of artifactory OSS and no matter what I do, when I set the option in the UI I always seem to get

"Error response from daemon: unauthorized: The client does not have permission for manifest" returned (and a 401 when I curl the resource) for a local docker registry I created.

No matter what I can't seem to get the functionality as documented to work. Just wondering if there is something special to get it to work?
