I am experiencing an issue with the Azure portal interface for my MySQL DB instance. While the database itself is operational and handling normal workloads without high resource usage, the portal self is not good. The left-side navigation pane (e.g., "Compute + storage") and buttons like Connect or View process list (under the Overview tab) remain stuck in a loading state. Besides, Logs such as DB Connections and Queries under the Monitoring section have not been updated since last Sunday night.
I’ve already contacted Azure Support but have yet to receive a resolution.
Has anyone encountered similar behavior with Azure Database for MySQL? Any insights would be appreciated.
