Reset to default 2If the option isn't appearing, can you check if you've downloaded the ASP.NET and web development workload? You should be able to see it in Visual Studio somewhere in Tools > Get Tools and Features or be able to install it from there.
I also found a Microsoft tutorial that may be useful for creating an ASP.NET Core project, if that's what you're looking for.
