visual studio code - Copilot Edits Agent Mode Dropdown Missing in VSCode Insiders - Stack Overflow

programmeradmin1浏览0评论

I have been using the Agent mode in Copilot Edits, and it was working perfectly until today. This morning, I noticed that the dropdown option to select Agent mode in Copilot Edits has disappeared.

I am using VSCode Insiders and have already checked the setting chat.agent.enabled to ensure it is set to true. Despite this, the dropdown option is still missing.

Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Reset to default 10

Apparently if your co-pilot license is through business they are now respecting the flag at the level for experimental editor features. Assuming your copilot is handled through your anization, you need your work admin to go in and flip the "Editor preview features" flag before it will come back.

It could also be that you are running it from the Downloads folder as opposed to having moved it to Applications (if you are on Mac)

Also you can disable chat.unifiedChatView to get back to the previous lauout. Look for it on the settings search box.
