I'm looking to 3D print an iwata jlmc horn for a DIY speaker project. I manage to import a cloud point from a JMLC excel file into mesh lab but the points are (I think) not sufficient to create a proper surface for the object. I would like to then export into an stl file for a print.
I know that they are solutions with algorithms to get to the point where the cloud would have the desired form but I don't have sufficient knowledge to get there. Another solution would be to make splines? and push the file into fusion.

I've tried the following:
- Import the point cloud
- Calculate the normals (perpendiculars, if you like) based on the points (Filters – point sets – compute normal)
- Using the normals and points, create a 3D surface (Filters – Remeshing – Surface Reconstruction, Ball Pivoting)
- Recreate the face normal based on this new surface (Filters – Normals – Recompute Face Normals)
It's show something but only on part of the horn which is useless. Poisson technique is also strange looking
