I have a bar chart with bars to count the number of first aid and medical treatment injuries. I want to have a tool tip so when you hover over the first aid bar or medical treatment bar, it will show the specific definition for each.

Currently for tool tips I see it covers the whole graph. What would be the best way to create tool tips/info boxes for individual bars?

I've tried adding a tooltip however it shows for all of the bars.
