I must install HBase on my Virtual Machines, which are Linux Ubuntu LTS 20.04. I was wondering if there was a way to determine which HBase version is compatible with, because I saw the mention of Hadoop 3 in the download landing page:

When I went to the older versions of HBase, I saw a list and did not see compatibility with the Hadoop Version I am using, which is Hadoop-2.6.5.

I want to find a Minimal Working Installation of HBase that should work with my Hadoop Version.
