I try to used Content ID Api for manual claim but i always found error error": { "code": 403, "message": "The Content Owner you are acting on behalf of does not have permission t (truncated...) I have check my permission on cms is "Administrator" and service account is "Owner". Can anyone explain to me why i always found this error.
