I am attempting to download files from an FTP server, using moveit automation software. however I am getting a command failure during the transfer and my files are incomplete. I have full permissions, correct credential and everything is configured as it was once it was working. The FTP server hasn't change access or credentials, but I continue to see the following errors:

Failed to retrieve file el9975224237_3_00012105266_2_202520122_0815100.zip from 'ftp name' on try 1 of 1: The RETR command failed.

Any ideas what could cause such a problem?
