I'm guessing 'billing export to bigquery' is stopped around February 3rd. But i would like to know the exact time when does it stopped.

I tried to check it using logs explorer but it failed. Is it possible?

1. query logs explorer

ChatGPT says execute query below to logs explorer. But it didn't give any result.

I started exporting BigQuery again at 17:00 on March 19th and stopped it again. However, there was no log related to this in the logs explorer.
