i have a licenced version of Visual Studio (2010) that i use to edit and develop dtsx files. The SW is installed in a server running Windows Server 2012 and my IT Security team is pushing me to move everything out of the server, for they want to dispose it. I searched for months how to move the licence of my visual studio to another device, but could not find a proper solution, so now i decided to buy a new licence.

On the new server i do not have SQL Server or Visual Studio. What is the minimum SW i need to keep up working? Which version of Visual Studio? Entrprise or Professional? Along with Visual Studio, do I need SQL Server installed? This is a Production environment, so Express and Developer are out of the list.
