my RTSP stream working on IPcamlive

SO, I want to live stream IP camera stream directly into my application. I have tried ffmpeg to convert it to HLS, seemed to be best method but it's so unreliable and jittery and straight up won't work most of the time. what would be the best solution to implement this also a delay of 5 minutes would be okay.
