when i cmd shift p and delect sftp:config i am getting the following error

[03-22 16:31:56] [error] Error: EACCES: permission denied, open '/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/portal_v5/.vscode/sftp.json'

Not sure how to resolve this, i am not great with terminal either (still learning)

Any advice appreciated

tried vaious ways to use terminal to change permissions but none of them work, perhaps i and not getting the command exactly right....
