I am creating a tik-tok like app, where 99% of the traffic will come from my city, while the nearest AWS/DigitalOcean servers are located in Mumbai / Pune (300 km from my city).

Considering my app users 10K per month, I am thinking of getting a public static ip from my isp (airtel @ 4k inr/month), with 100mbps internet speed.

Computer with specs: Intel i7-12th gen processor with 16gb ram and 1 tb ssd.

vs

AWS EC2 compute with s3 storage (or similar on digital ocean)

What are pros and cons and cost effective solution considering my user base performance to price ratio should be good also bare metal is right idea ? or not ?
