Currently a Master-Detail page Oracle APEX shows the master table with detail tables below it for the report, and use separate forms for the master table and each detail table. How would I simplify this and make the master form include the ability to add detail table rows. Something that would look like this: Desired form look. In the attached picture, the detail "tables" don't include the master table id since that is already on the page itself, and once one row is populated the other becomes visible.

That looks as if interactive grid regions would do the job.
In previous Apex versions (up to 5.x, if I remember well), when there were tabular forms (which have then been replaced by interactive grids), you could only have only one tabular form per page. But nowadays, that restriction has been removed and you can certainly have two detail interactive grids along with the master one on the same page.
There's the property which lets you establish master-detail relationship so I suggest you try it.
