The item "GitHub Actions" in Visual Studio 2022 does not appear on my desktop at work. Using my personal machine at home, it works fine. I've searched for reasons why this might be, and most of the responses say to update VS 2022 to a version that was new, a year or two ago. I am at version 17.13.2, which is pretty current. And looking under Tools | Options | Projects and Solutions | Web Projects the checkbox next to Show GitHub Actions workflows in solution Explorer (requires restart)" is already checked and has been for weeks.

So, why am I not seeing the GitHub Actions
