matlab - Missmatched Pole-Zero Plots Between Simulink and XFLR5 - Stack Overflow

I'm currently trying to create a 6DOF fixed wing uav model inside simulink with this playlist. I created a plane model inside xflr5 and followed the steps inside the video for transferring to the simulink environment. I added ailerons to the model by myself(doesn't change the problem, I tried without it). When I compare the pole zeros between xflr5 and simulink they don't match like in the video. I checked my model and numbers and they are good. I think I'm missing the two symmetric short period poles on the longitude and two symmetric dutch roll poles on the latitude. I couldn't figure out the problem.

simulation outputs, xflr5 lat pole, xflt5 lon pole, simulink pole
