When I start a vue repo in codespaces it asks me to uninstall this plugin

After reloading it asks me if I want to install this plugin.

so I'm in a install uninstall loop. disable the notifications has no effect because the next time I start codespaces it is there again.

I also tried vue 3 support extension but nothing seems to syntax highlight vuie code
