My app, Wingezz, was rejected, and I received an email requesting proof that I have the authority to develop the app for "Wingezz." I provided a letter from the CEO of the Wingezz company, but they responded with the email below.
I need help understanding what they are asking for.

Hi developers at Sooft Development,
Thanks again for contacting the Google Play team.
As explained in the previous mail, we found that your app violates the Impersonation policy. We don’t allow apps that mislead users by impersonating someone else (for example, another developer, company, entity) or another app.
Make sure not to imply that your app is related to or authorized by someone that it isn’t. Be careful not to use app icons, descriptions, titles, or in-app elements that could mislead users about your app’s relationship to someone else or another app.
Your app is currently impersonating the asset "Wingezz" without proper authorization.
We received your documentation, however we weren't able to confirm your account's relationship with the original content or brand owner. You may also provide an authorization letter on the entity's official letterhead with verifiable information and signature that indicates your rights to use the content in this app.
Fix your app
Please update your app to fix this issue.
Read our Impersonation policy page, which shows examples of policy violations. Review the Comply with Google Play store listing policies training for guidance and best practices about your app’s store listing. For more details, read Best practices for your store listing. Remove from your app’s store listing any words, phrases, images, or videos that could mislead users about your app’s relationship to someone else or another app. Double-check that your app complies with all other Developer Program policies. Additional enforcement could occur if there are further policy violations. This rejection doesn't affect the standing of your Google Play developer account, but repeated violations can result in the suspension of this app or your Google Play developer account.
Submit an update to your app
To submit an update to your app’s store listing information:
Sign in to your Play Console account. Select the app with the policy issue. Select Store presence > Main store listing. Make changes to your app’s store listing to bring your app into compliance. Click Save. To submit an updated app bundle or APK:
Prepare your updates. Create a new release using the compliant app bundle or APK. Be sure to create the new release on the same track(s) as the noncompliant app bundle or APK, increment the version number, and set the release to 100% rollout. Follow the on-screen instructions to add APKs or app bundles, then review and roll out your release. Send app for review
Your changes aren't sent for review automatically. You must go to the Publishing overview page and click Send for review to submit your changes.
Thanks for working with us to fix the policy issue and for your continued support of Google Play.

Reset to default 1Verify Google Play Account as anization with Wingezz's company papers. This is a guide from Google about how to do that. Then they will approve your app.
Alternatively, you can try to put the app privacy policy on the company website, and mention clearly that "this is the url to Android App [insert Google Play link]" also host a "Download app" badge on the company website to prove that you are related to the company.
