Recently, I encountered an issue where the console file in the bin directory stopped opening. I was working on a small custom project and created a console file. Afterward, a dialog window appeared, the contents of which I unfortunately ignored and agreed to something. After that, the console icon disappeared, turned white, and the file stopped opening. I understand that PhpStorm does not open executable files? Is that the issue? The same file opened just fine in Sublime Text, and I was able to make the necessary edits.

How can I fix this situation now?
