c# - no .net project template for selection in vs code

I'm new to Asp. I tried to create a new project with templates but there is no template for selection in vs code.

The button is working but the template section doesn't. I installed the required extensions. Refer to the screenshot below :

I would like to create a new project using a template for in vs code. but it doesn't seem to work.

Any ideas on how I can create a new project?

I tried to install the last version 9 sdk and it worked
