How would I go about normalizing some special characters so that they match the quick filter query.

Using french as an example with the ligature œ in the result, but not having to expect that specific character in the search bar ie.

Search: Coeur

Results include: Cœur de pomme

This is a specific example, but I'm hoping to have all cases covered with a function. Same goes with more common examples like accents é,è,à,ù or æ.

Current behaviour is that examples with the special character will be filtered out unless that special character is included in the search
