I have a website built by an ERP (Mercator). All is working fine except that most of my pages are not being referenced by google. Google Search Console tells me that they aren't for 3 main reasons: Soft 404, Discovered - currently not indexed and Crawled - currently not indexed. I tried to validate the pages in the Soft 404 category and it failed.

The only errors I have with these URLs are ones I also have with page being indexed. Looking at the URL i was thinking that maybe it's the problem, it uses commas, dots and end products URLs with their ID and a "/"

For example: .0-cable-black-1m/8248 where "/8248" is not in the title but added as the product ID. I tried looking at Google's documentation but I do not understand if this could be the root of my problem and I should either ask the developpers to sanitize my URLs or do it myself via the htaccess file ?
