I am using an mcp for claude and added several functions such as delete to the tools:

however, when I try to call the delete on a file, claude mcp has an additional pop up window / prompt that confirms with the user are you sure before proceeding. For this tool the pop up window is blank and I cannot proceed.
First approval, which the pop up appears correctly

Second approval only for delete operation, where the pop up is blank

any pointers on how to include the prompt html in the mcp or what I might be missing is greatly appreciated!

I tried to add a tool for file deletion in gdrive the same way I added create for google slides, but creation did not require an additional system prompt while deletion did.
