I'm not sure how to do this. I'm using a Google Form to deploy a survey. It is my understanding that you can link a form to the sheet where Google Form stores the responses. In the last column of the sheet (column BH), I have 350 rows of unique confirmation codes. At the end of the survey, I want to be able to link the value in column BH to a short answer field to display the code to the user. So if the user is on row x, I want to show them the value of cell in column BH for that row. I see that you can add a link in the form and the sheet but that's as far as I can figure.

The problem I am having is I don't know how to fetch this cell value or how the value will be for the row that the user is on when they do their responses.

Is there a way in Google Forms to do this?
