Can anyone please help? I'm new to this. I'm trying to fix this error: Status message Extension '' of Handler 'Microsoft.Azure.Automation.HybridWorker.HybridWorkerForWindows' version '1.1.13' failed to reach its terminal state within time limit

But I have no idea where to start? Can anyone point me in the direction of where to go to get this fixed?

I have tried running the troubleshooter ps1 file. I can't remember the result but one of them that did not pass was something like 'Hybrid something service did not start..'
