We have a firebase project connected with domain address. I tried to add key for push notification but I get this error;

"Key creation is not allowed on this service account. Please check if service account key creation is restricted by anization policies."

We have only owner account and all permissions are allowed. I tried multiple solutions but none of them worked.

• I have "Organization Policy Administrator" permission for the account.

• [email protected] address has "Service Account Token Creator" permission also.

Does anyone have the same problem or does anyone know how to solve this issue.
