Does anyone have experience with Electric ui? I have an FPGA and I still can't get my board to detect.

I have configured the interface and also sent the different variables to track. but I see no change. and also I have already checked my Uart connection it works, I can receive the value on Putty. if anyone knows anything about it, I'd be glad to have some help. Thanks
