Can Not Connect with MongoDb Atlas Cluster when running Docker Container within EC2 Instance, however it is working fine in local environment. Verified both inbound and outbound and it is has all the required port traffic enabled.

EC2 instance is able to ping external domain and resolve the DNS, however not working with MongoDB.
