Years ago when Spectre/meltdown first showed up, there were c runtime library dlls that had to be distributed in addition to the regular runtime redistributable packages (I think the files were msvcp140.dll, msvcp140_2.dll, msvcp140_3.dll).

I've googled to no end to see if there are still separate files needed when a project is built with VS2022 and the v143 platform toolset. Nothing has shown up.

Does anyone know if everything is now included as part of the vc_redist_x64/86 packages.
