Teams android application doesn't have the possibility to change the ringtone on call (crazy). In the factory users don't hear calls because it's too low.

I'm thinking to make code simple android application, who catch teams calls and run a power full music + flash

Could you tell me if it's possible ? Catch directly the event in the phone ?
