I just went thru the .121/e27046/change_management.htm#EMLCM11767, but it doesn't answer me.

ALL i need is a simple query I can use to start monitoring the schema and then get some kind of notification/run some kind of SELECT to get what object was changed and how (CREATE/ALTER/DROP).

My understanding after reading the docs is that Oracle uses schema numbering like SQLite. Al I need to know now is how to do it programmatically and not thru the GUI.
