Question: I'm experiencing an issue where Visual Studio Code becomes unresponsive whenever I open a new terminal. The window stops responding, and I get the "The window is not responding" popup with options to Reopen, Close, or Keep Waiting.

What I Have Tried: Restarting VS Code and my PC. Running VS Code as Administrator. Disabling all extensions. Resetting terminal settings in settings.json. Checking system environment variables to ensure C:\Windows\System32 is included in Path. Changing the default terminal from CMD to PowerShell or Git Bash. Reinstalling VS Code and deleting the settings folder.

System Details: OS: Windows 10 Pro Shell: CMD (default, but issue happens with others too) Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks!
