Requesting for background location redirects the user into permission settings of the app.

But recently I discovered that the "Simply Auto" app is showing a dialog for this purpose instead of redirecting the user to that settings page. How can I manage to have this behavior? (I granted Fine and Coarse location permissions, I'm trying to get only background location with dialog now).
