更新matplotlib报错：Consider using the --user option or check the permissions.

在一次更新matplotlib时，发生报错，报信信息以及解决方法总结如下~

1、报错信息

因为matplotlib需要更新，在终端输入以下命令：

pip install -U matplotlib

结果竟然报错了，报错信息如下：

Consider using the `--user` option or check the permissions.

2、解决方法

按照报错信息的提示，我尝试了以下命令：

pip install -U --user matplotlib

结果，matplotlib模块安装成功了。
