Hey,

I'm having an issue with a Windows Phone 8 app I'm working on. My app seems to be getting throttled when it shouldn't be. For example, today I've tried to send 49 raw notifications total, to a single device, three of the notifications were received and 46 of them were dropped by WNS for reason 'Per-day throttling limit reached'. I'm sending notifications through a Azure Mobile Service. My phone is the only app currently registered to receive notifications so it seems wrong that my service is getting throttled like this. Any ideas on what's going on?

I guess, that limit is crossed on service and not on Phone.
