I am trying to send an email with a sensitivity label from a sample web or desktop application.

This sample Azure-Samples/MipSDK-Protection-Dotnet-Quickstart help me to understand MIP, but my target is to send email with Purview protection from my webapp. The email should have a lock like when sending with Outlook, the message shouldprotected by Microsoft Purview Message Encryption.
