I have a problem with Microsoft Word on the web app. I used to be able to export my files to PDF and download them. However, now I can't do it. This problem has been going on for 3 days. I can still export my work to PDF if I open Word web from the browser directly. However, I can't do it when I use the web app version. Does anyone know how to fix this?error message after exporting to pdf

I have tried clearing the cache on Safari browser and reinstalling the web app but to no avail. I hope the web app version of Word is still usable and can be exported directly without having to open Word directly in the browser.
