I installed Shopware 6.7 with this command: symfony composer create-project shopware/production shopware-6.7 v6.7.0.0-rc1

After installation there is an empty shop without any assets as there is no theme installed. How can I create admin assets and storefront assets for extensions with this setup? I tried to run ./bin/build-administration.sh from my Win 10 Command line and it tells me Warning: Failed to load plugins.
