I am not able to write czech chars viy physical keyboard from QWERTZ despitite my physical keyboard is set to Czech

What should I change to fix it? Is the setting in android studio instead of emulator? Or is it even possible to write czech chars like ř,č,š,ž,... on physical keyboard to virtual device? Thank you for reply
