I'm dipping my toe into the world of power automate and i'm having a good time of it so far. I've set up my first flow and it works well. I've created a flow that updates an Excel table when a sharepoint list item is updated or added. However the changes only appear on the Excel table when the excel document is saved. I've tried being patient with the flow but it doesn't seem to want to show the change until its saved. Ideally I'd like the change to be evident in real time So have i missed something in terms of speeding up the showing of the changes in the excel table?

Reset to default 0It seems that the behavior you're experiencing, where changes in the SharePoint list only reflect in the Excel document after it is saved, may be related to how the Excel Online (Business) connector operates within Power Automate. Unfortunately, real-time updates may not be fully supported due to the way Excel Online handles data changes and saves.
To improve the responsiveness of your flow, ensure that your flow is set up to trigger on the correct events and that it is configured properly.
