Hello dear members of the community! I have a problem with the SQL Reporting Services (SQL Server Standard, 64Bit - Version 16.0.1125.1) in my company, where I am one of the administrators. We do have a reporting server with some directories and reports, running on a Windows Server 2019 engine. Everything was fine, but then some months ago, problems occured: Some users, not all, which are owners of the "browsing" right for accessing e. g. the root node, folders and certain reports weren't able to access their items or paths anymore.
So this is what the error message is: Errormessage SSRS access
Does anyone have a clue what could be going on here? Why take the given rights no more effect?
I tried with one user to solve the problem by giving him the "administrator" role. No effect. Furthermore I need to find out how to solve the problem because half of the department can't access certain folders/directories and/or reports anymore despite being listed in the object's security list as granted access to them.
