I have installed SQL Developer version 24.3.1 and extracted it into the product directory of my Oracle 21c (21.3.0.0) database installation. However, when I execute sqldeveloper.exe and connect to the SYSTEM user, the following issues occur:
- The Schema Browser does not load or queries doesn't run at all.
- The application gets stuck while displaying the Preferences Window.
Could someone help me identify the root cause of this issue and suggest a solution?
