I'm running emacs 29.4 on Windows 11 Enterprise. Emacs itself works fine (no errors in loading .emacs file, or any warning/errors displayed in Messages buffer), but I get continuous pop-up windows from Windows all the time as the one below:
Note that emacs itself is working correctly itself, so i do not even know how to start debugging/trouble shooting the problem (I'm mostly a linux person, don't know much about windows). The pop-ups appear at random moments (sometimes when opening a dired buffer, sometimes when trying to search, or visiting a file...)
I have tried to start emacs without init file (emacs -Q), and the pop-ups continue appearing (less of them, though).
Also tried to re-install emacs 29.4 from scratch, or tried older versions (29.1) - the same problem persists.
Any idea of how to stop these pop-ups? or has anyone experienced the same issues?
