The ITO(n)/a-Si(p) interface creates an opposing diode for the c-Si(n) based SHJ.I am trying to implement tunnelling using bbt.nonlocal and tat.nonlocal models. No matter how small the qtmesh is, I keep getting this warning and I get a flat J-V. QT mesh is not fine enough to calculate tunnelling current. Try refining in tunnelling direction near junction Any inputs would be highly appreciated.
